Returns
How can I return my order?
We hope that you are completely satisfied with the products in your order.
However, if you wish to return one or more of the items you have purchased, you can return them to us in their original condition within 28 calendar days from the date of receipt.
The date of receipt is the day on which you or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier) takes possession of the goods.
If you would like to return goods directly to us, please proceed as follows:
- Enter your return online in your customer account. If you do not have a customer account with us, send us an email stating the items to be returned: info@carolinstone.com
- You will receive the return label from us.
- Place the goods to be sent in the packaging and pack them securely. (If possible, send the items back to us completely in the original packaging; this will protect the goods from damage during transport.)
- Attach the downloaded return label to your package. This will provide you with a tracking option for your package.
- Drop off the package at your nearest DHL post office.
- Please keep the shipping receipt in a safe place for any future queries.
If you do not use the return label provided:

Please note that in this case you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. We cannot issue a refund until we have received your item, so we recommend you use a trackable delivery option that you can track.
Other important information :
- The delivered goods may only be used for the purpose of inspection - comparable to trying on goods in a store. If the goods deteriorate due to further use, we reserve the right to demand compensation.
- Please note that a return shipment may take a few days to arrive by post and that our returns department also needs time to process it. Returns are processed at our headquarters in Lauf, Germany.
